Day 1:

1. Introductions (15 min)
2. Dump all your goals on paper (30 min)
3. Organize goals into short (tactical) or long term (strategic) time chunks (30 min)
4. Class reading and discussion of Passion and Purpose in connection with a growth mindset (15 min)

Day 2:

1. Visulization to meet your future self (30 min)
2. Design action focused pathways to achieve your goals (30 min)
3. One-on-One with instructor (30 min)
